Helping Hands

Each year around this time when the temperature begins to change and the air smells of cozy fall and winter to come, I think about those in our community that are struggling with warmth and stability. Most importantly, I think about what we can do to help.

So here is what we are gonna do...

From 10 -4 on Saturday, October 28th, pull  up a chair and we will knit and crochet together as a community in the shop. We will have free patterns available and have discounted yarns for you to use.  

We are partnering with the Girls & Boys Club of Blount County to provide hats, cowls, scarves, mitts and any other handmade goody a child/ teenager might enjoy.  ***I even have some Barbie pink available for those girls that maybe didn't get to the movie**.

Bring your favorite spooky snack for the group because we are also having a costume contest!!  Judging for the contest is at 2:00 p.m.
