Cabled Christmas Tree

Spruce (*wink wink*) up your holiday decor with our Cabled Christmas Tree. This sweet, holiday tree features a unique cable design, making it perfect for any style. Let it be the centerpiece of your celebrations this season.   The pattern comes with instructions for 5 different holiday trees, including two with stranded colorwork.  You could very easily have a little forest of "Holiday Trees".  In addition, they would make perfect gifts for loved ones and friends just in time for the holiday season. 

We will be making the Cable Tree from the pattern Holiday Trees by yellowcosmos available on Ravelry.com (not available in shop, please purchase ahead of the class time).  Tree is knitted bottom up in the round.

Styrofoam tree mold for one tree provided.

When:  Sunday, October 20, 1:30-3:30pm

Skills Needed:  This is an intermediate class.  Students should be proficient in knit, purl, knitting in the round.  You will learn to cable in this class. 

Supplies Needed: 75-80 yards of any aran weight yarn; US size 7 needle (DPN or 24 inch corded for magic loop method); Cable hook, stitch marker
