Hook and Needle will ship your order withing two Hook & Needle Business days.  Free shipping is available for all orders over $75.  Please refer to the homepage to see our shop business hours.  

Return Policy:

Hook and Needle accepts returns on any regular priced item within thirty (30) days of receipt within these parameters:

• Yarn must be in original form.  Wound or used yarn cannot be returned.
• No returns/refunds on Needles or Hooks.
• Sale/Clearance items are FINAL.
• Gift card sales are FINAL.
• Classes: No-shows are non-refundable. 
• Classes: No refunds will be issued for registration canceled 72 hours before class.
• Classes: No Refunds/Exchanges for 3-Class Pack Deal
