2-Color Brioche Cowl

If you’ve been wanting to learn 2 color brioche this is a perfect starter project. This pattern is designed especially for beginners that want to learn the 2 color brioche stitch! All you need is 2 contrasting colors of your favorite worsted weight yarn, circular needles, and a stitch marker!

You Will Learn:  How to make the Brioche stitch with two contrasting yarn colors

Skills Required:  This is a great adventurous beginner class!  Students should already know how to knit, purl, and knit in the round.

NOTE:  Students should already know how to knit in the round (this technique will not be taught in this class)

Materials Needed:   US 7  16” circular needles
1 Stitch marker, Worsted Weight yarn in two contrasting colorways:
140 yards of Worsted weight yarn (Color A)
150 yards of Worsted weight yarn (Color B)

HOMEWORK:  With darker yarn (color B) cast on number of stitches as directed in pattern and work the first row.  We will begin brioche at beginning of class.
