Have you ever wanted to make fingerless mitts, but just like socks (if you make socks) you get the whole second sock syndrome where now you have to do it all over again, ugh! In this class you will learn the Two At A Time (TAAT) knitting technique by knitting a pair of fingerless mitts.

Skills Required: Know how to cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch

You Will Learn: TAAT cast on, knitting in the round, yarn management for knitting TAAT, increasing using M1R & M1L

Materials Needed: At least 50 grams of chunky/bulky weight yarn, we recommended Jewelspun with Wool Chunky, split into two balls, size US10 circular needle at least 40 inches long, one progress keeper/removeable stitch marker, tapestry needle to weave in ends, scissors.  The pattern will be provided to you the day of the class.

This class will be in 2 sessions.  The first part of the class we are going to go over good needle choices, yarn management how to cast on using magic loop, joining in the round, working the cuff and part of the wrist and thumb. The goal is to have wrist and thumb gusset section complete by the second session. The second part of the class we will be doing the thumb/palm sections and bind-off.
