Granny Style Crossbody

Let's learn how to make a non-traditional granny square, with a fluffy puff stitch granny square.  The Granny Style Crossbody Bag is a comfy and stylish on the go bag.  It has removeable straps that give you the flexibility to customize the bag to your liking - either purchase a strap or make a Tunisian knit strap for your unique piece.

Skills Required: Students should be proficient in slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet.

You Will Learn: How to work in the Front and Back Loop, and the Puff Stitch.

Materials Needed: Any bulky weight yarn, a US I (5.5mm) and US J (6mm) hook.  We recommended the Sarasota Chunky. Pattern available on Raverly.

This will be a 2-part class.  Part 1 you will make the squares.  Part 2 you will have to have your squares done to learn how to sew them together.  Part I will be Saturday, April 18th 1:30 - 3:30 and part 2 will be Sunday April 26th, 1:30 - 3:30.
