This is a perfect "First Sweater" Class with basic design suited to a beginner, but enough interest to entertain a more experienced knitter. The “in threes” baby cardigan certainly has it all for beginners to take skills to the next level. No seams, 1-2 skeins, and something for all seasons. Choose between sizes 0-6 months up to child’s 5.

Knit Stitch and Purl Stitch
Materials Needed:
-Pattern found here on Ravelry
-210 - 375 yards (192 - 343 m) of worsted yarn (Recommended yarn is Malabrigo Rios or similar worsted weight yarn)
-Size US 8 needle (24 inch cord or longer), or size needed to obtain gauge; darning needle; 3 small buttons; 4-6 stitch markers
