Ready to conquer your 2025 knitting goals? The Vivian Cardigan Boot-Camp challenges you to master daring new skills—from Japanese short rows to perfecting a faced collar and even adding a zipper. Push your boundaries and elevate your knitting skills in this ultimate sweater workshop designed to sharpen your technique and finish your year strong.

Skills Required:  This is an Intermediate Knitting Intensive.  Students should have completed at least one sweater in the past and have basic sweater construction knowledge.  Should be proficient in Long-Tail Cast-On (this skill is not taught in this class).

You Will Learn:  New Knitting Skills from Master Knitter & Instructor Maryann including: Japanese Short Rows; Faced Collar, Cuff, Hem Construction;  Basics of putting a Zipper into knitted fabric.

Materials Needed:  We recommend Miss Babs Yowza;  size US 7 needles or size needed to meet your gauge. For our shop sample, we made the size 4 using 3 Hanks of Miss Babs Yowza.

For the Facing: one mini-skein of Yowza in same color or contrasting color OR one skein of contrasting fingering weight yarn to be used (held double).

You will also need a copy of Vivian Cardigan by kisskiss.rhinestones available on ravelry.com here:  Vivian
