Gingham Crochet Placemats

Even though it doesn't feel like it, but fall is right around the corner, so why don't we spruce up or tables with some Gingham Crochet Placemats using a fall palate (if you want, you don't have too). This class is great an adventurous beginner or intermediate crocheter. 

Skills Required: Slipknot, slipstitch, single crochet, and double crochet. Prior knowledge of tapestry crochet is encouraged but not required.

What You Will Learn: How to create an adorable gingham placemat using tapestry crochet technique.

Materials:  Cotton or Linen yarn in the same weight (worsted preferred), we recommend Cascade Nifty Cotton in three colors: a neutral (white, cream, beige), a light color of choice, and a darker version of that color (example: sky blue and navy blue) and a I (5.5mm) hook.  The pattern will be provided to you the day of the class.
