I heard so many wonderful things about MaryAnn's Going Beyond Basic Sock class that I am so glad to offer you Part #2 of the FOUR part series!
Continuing with the goal of learning something new and perfecting the old, you will be making TOE-UP socks this session. We will use another pattern from Clare Devine called 'Lavender Rose Ice Cream'.
In these classes we will learn: Judy's Magic Cast On, Paired Slanted Increases, Faux Heel Flap, Avoiding Laddering, Slip Stitch Heel Flap, Elizabeth Zimmerman's Sewn Bind Off, AND knitting TWO socks at a time for those who want an extra challenge!
Materials: One 100g. skein fingering weight with nylon. Size US 1.5 32" needle to get a gauge of 8 stitches per inch. Looser knitters might try a US 1 32":
Homework: Have a gauge swatch ready.
