Motor Coach Ride to SAFF

And we are off again!

Every year around this time people start talking about whether they are making the pilgrimage to SAFF this year. For those of you who are new to us, SAFF stands for the Southeastern Animal Fiber Festival.  

It is simply the biggest fiber festival near us. Some have even gone as far as calling it The Rhinebeck of the South. Anyway, I've been around 9 times and I never tire of going. There's live animals, there's tons of yarn dyers, there's loads of project ideas, AND it is amazingly beautiful in Fletcher, NC at the end of October!

I always get asked if I know someone that is carpooling because it is hours away on curvy mountain roads. So this year, I hired a bus. Yes, I did....a big 'ol luxury motor coach to be exact. 

Here are the details:

Sunday, October 25th

• Bus leaves at 7:00 am (yep, it's early and you'll need to be at the location by 6:45am)
• Arrive around 10:00am
• SAFF Shenanigans - 10:00am - 3:45pm
• Arrive home around 7:00pm
